Abstract:
The aim of the research is
to analyze
the outputs
of the
Metal Works
Decision at
Um al-Qura
University
in
accordance
with the
Kingdom's
Vision 2030,
This is
through
presenting
the
strategic
goals of
university
education
and the
Kingdom's
vision,
according to
the needs of
the labor
market. The
researcher
used the
descriptive
analytical
method for a
sample of
(56) female
students at
the
bachelor's
stage in the
Department
of Art
Education,
representing
75% of the
total female
students
enrolled in
the Metal
Works course
during the
past three
years (2017)
and (2018)
and (2019).
Metalwork
for the
Department
of Art
Education,
for axes
concluded by
the
researcher
from the
exploratory
study and
the
monitoring
of the metal
product in
the
department.
Coming, by
graduating
qualified
national
competencies
in the
disciplines
needed by
the labor
market. The
study
recommended
the
localization
of the Saudi
labor force
by reviewing
the current
university
disciplines
and adapting
them to the
needs of the
labor
market, as
well as
promoting
the concept
of
entrepreneurship
in the field
of Metal
works.
