الملخص

يهدف البحث الى دراسة مدى توافق التصميم الرقمي في ضبط مخرجات التصميم الداخلي للمسكن الحديث، للمساهمة في اقتراح حلول تفيد في الارتقاء بمخرجات التصميم الداخلي في الأردن، بما يتوافق مع حيثيات التصميم الرقمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من أربع عينات لنماذج مختلفة من الحيز الداخلي لمسكن حديث في عمان، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة، استخدم تحليل (SWOT) لتحليل نقاط القوة ونقاط الضعف لعينات الدراسة، إضافة الى اجراء المقابلات مع مجموعة من الخبراء وجمع البيانات منهم. وتحليل التصاميم في مرحلة التصميم ومرحلة ما بعد التنفيذ. وأظهرت الدراسة أن مخرجات التصميم الداخلي بعد التنفيذ لم تحقق توافقاً وانسجاماً كما يظهر في التصميم الرقمي قبل عملية التنفيذ، حيث ظهرت اختلافات ذات فروق واضحة في اللون والضوء تحديداً، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن الوضوح اللوني والبصري يظهر بشكل أفضل في التصميم الرقمي على عكس ما يظهر عليه التصميم بعد التنفيذ. وتوصي الدراسة بعدم التعويل بشكل كامل على البرامج الرقمية (Revit, Bentley, ArchiCAD 3D MAX,) وغيرها في إبراز القيم اللونية والضوئية للخامات؛ وإنما يجب تحديدها تبعاً للواقع وظروفه ومعطياته.

Abstract

The research aims to study the extent to which digital design aligns with controlling the interior design outputs of modern residences, contributing to proposing solutions that enhance interior design outputs in Jordan in line with the principles of digital design. The study sample consisted of four samples of different models of the interior space of a modern residence in Amman. To analyze the study data, a SWOT analysis is used to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the study samples. In addition, interviews were conducted with a group of experts, and data was collected from them. The designs were analyzed in the design phase and post-implementation phase. The study reveals that the post-implementation interior design outputs did not achieve the same level of harmony and consistency as seen in digital design before the implementation process. Clear differences, particularly in color and light, emerged. The study also shows that color and visual clarity are better represented in digital design compared to the design after implementation. The study recommends not relying entirely on digital programs (Revit, Bentley, ArchiCAD, 3D MAX, etc.) to highlight the color and light values of materials. Instead, these values should be determined based on the reality, conditions, and data of the specific context.
