داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بمصادر سلطتهم

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف أنماط سلوك التأثير التي يستخدمها مديرو المدارس الثانوية التقنية العربية داخل الخط الأخضر وعلاقتها بمصادر سلطتهم من منظور المعلمين في تلك المدارس. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الارتباطي، وقد تم إعداد أداتين: الأولى لأساليب التأثير، والثانية لمصادر السلطة. شارك في الدراسة (560) معلمًا. وأظهرت النتائج أن ستة من الأنماط المستخدمة، وهي: اللجوء إلى القوانين، وإثارة الإلهام، والإقناع العقلاني، والتعاون، والإطراء، والاستشارة، جاءت بدرجة "كبيرة" من الاستخدام؛ وجاء نمطان بدرجة "متوسطة"، وهما: الإخبار، والضغط. فيما جاءت ثلاثة بدرجة "متدنية"، وهي العلاقة الشخصية، والتحالف، والتبادل. وجاءت سبعة من مصادر السلطة (السلطة القانونية، الخبرة، المرجعية، المكافأة، المعلومات، العقلانية، البيئة) في المقدمة. وجاءت سلطة الإكراه في المرتبة الأخيرة. وأظهرت النتائج علاقة موجبة بين أنماط سلوك التأثير ومصادر السلطة، باستثناء سلطة الإكراه التي ارتبطت سلبًا بمعظم الأنماط.

Status Quo of Types of Influence Tactics Used by Principals at Arab Technical Secondary Schools across the Green Line and Their Relationship to Their Power Sources

Abstract:

This study aimed at identifying the types of influence tactics used by principals at the Arab technical secondary schools across the Green Line and their relation to their power sources. The study used the descriptive survey correlation approach. Two questionnaires were designed; one: for the influence tactics and the other for power sources, and were administered to (560) respondents. The results showed that six types of influence tactics were the mostly used; namely, legitimation, inspirational appeal, rational persuasion, collaboration, ingratiation and consultation. Two tactics: Apprising and pressure were moderately used and three tactics: Personal appeal, coalition and exchange were rarely used. Seven power sources came with higher means: Legitimation, expertise, reference, rewarding, information, rationality and environmental sources and one source (coercion) came with a  low mean. The results also revealed a positive relationship between the influence tactics and power sources, except for  “coercion” that was negatively related to most of the influence tactics.
