مدى تضمين كتب التربية المهنية للصف السابع الأساسي في الأردن للمعايير العالمية في التغذية ‏والرياضة

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف مدى تضمين كتب التربية المهنية للصف السابع ‏الأساسي في الأردن المعايير العالمية في التغذية والرياضة. ولتحقيق هدف ‏الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم إعداد قائمة بالمعايير ‏العالمية للتغذية والرياضة، تضمنت (8) محاور و(37) نتاجًا خاصًا، بحيث تنسجم ‏هذه النتاجات مع تدريس التربية المهنية. وتم حساب الصدق والثبات لهذه القائمة ‏لكي تستخدم في تحليل الكتب المستهدفة. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أهم المحاور ‏العالمية للتغذية والرياضة التي يقترح تضمينها في كتب التربية المهنية هي: ‏‏(المفاهيم الصحية، وتحليل التأثيرات، والوصول إلى معلومات صحيحة وصالحة ‏للتطبيق، والتواصل بين الأفراد، وتحديد الأهداف، وصنع القرار، وممارسة ‏السلوكيات المعززة للصحة، وتعزيز الصحة). وتبين أنَّ النتاجات الخاصة في ‏التغذية والرياضة التي تضمنتها الكتب بلغت (16) نتاجًا خاصًا من أصل (37) ‏وردت في قائمة المعايير العالمية للتغذية والرياضة، بنسبة بلغت (43.2٪)..‏

The Extent of Inclusion of Nutrition and Sports International Standards In Vocational Education Textbooks for Seventh Grade in  Jordan

Abstract: The study aimed to reveal the extent of inclusion of international  standards in sports and nutrition in the vocational education textbooks for seventh grade in Jordan. A list of sports and nutrition concepts was prepared in accordance with international standards; the list included (8) domains with (37) items. The results of the study showed that the most important axes of sports and nutrition concepts that are proposed to be included in the vocational education textbooks are (health concepts, impact analysis, access to valid and applicable information, communication between individuals, goals setting, decision-making and practicing health-promoting behaviors). It was found that the sports and nutrition indicators included in the textbooks were (16) indicators out of (37) mentioned in sports and nutrition concepts list, at a rate of (43.2%).
