ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف دور البوابة التعليمية في تطوير أداء الإدارة المدرسية في ضوء متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس بسلطنة عُمان، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة صممت استبانة تكونت من (32) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة مجالات هي: المجال المعرفي والتقني، والمجال الإداري، والمجال الفني، وتمّ التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مديري مدارس محافظات مسقط والبريمي وجنوب الباطنة وكانت عينة الدراسة (116) مديرًا ومديرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) لتقديرات أفراد العينة تُعزى لمتغير النوع، ولصالح الإناث.، وأوصت الدراسة زيادة عدد البرامج لمديري ومديرات المدارس للنوافذ المختلفة المنبثقة من البوابة التعليمية لسلطنة عمان.

The Role of the Educational Portal in Developing the School Administrationís Performance in the Light of the Requirements of E-governance from the Perspective of School Principals in Oman

Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role of the Educational Portal to enhance the performance of school administration in the light of the requirements of e-governance from the perspective of school principals. To achieve the goals of the study, A questionnaire was designed consisting of (32) items distributed in three fields, namely the knowledge and technical fields, the administrative field, The researcher designed the main study sample was consisted of (116) school principals, Furthermore, the researcher used the descriptive method in his study. The following results Educational portal plays a significant role to develop the school administration's performance in the light of the requirements of e-governance especially in cognitive/technical aspect. The study recommended increasing the number of programs for school principals.
